Making A Purchase
Goods must be returned with original packaging & labels in perfect unused condition. You will be required to return the goods to us upon cancellation; the cost of this will be at your own expense. Under the regulations you have an obligation to take reasonable care of goods you wish to return. We reserve the right to charge you costs for recovery of cancelled goods should you fail to return the goods. We will only charge the direct costs associated should we need to enforce this action - you can request a copy of receipts for costs incurred in the recovery of cancelled goods should you fail to comply with the terms herein.
RETURN OF GOODS - For the return of goods other than those reported as damaged on delivery or goods sent incorrectly the cost of returning the goods would be at your own expense. Shipping costs in the delivery of goods will not be refunded.
We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you during the course of the next business day although we will notify you of any delay from third parties. We do not charge until the Items are ready for shipping to you . International orders are generally received in under 12 days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included in our prices.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to GB Sterling or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Access, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, or the internet.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All products we supply come with a manufacturer guarantee which does not affect your statutory rights.

All information is obtained only from the customer by phone, email, or by registering an account and/or placing an online order through our website. Information is kept for a maximum of 6 years.
